I embarked on my journey into health and wellness in 1998. The following year, I started working at a health and nutrition center, collaborating with Clinical Nutritionists to gain knowledge in homeopathy, vitamins, herbs, nutrition, and energy medicine. I pursued several online courses in holistic nutrition through Clayton College. In 2001, I was introduced to Craniosacral Therapy and enrolled in courses at the Upledger Institute, successfully completing Cranio I and II, as well as Somatic Emotional Release. My education continued with additional courses in nutrition and energy work, and I became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2014. That same year, I earned my certification in The Body Code. I also serve as a Naturopathic Wellness Coach and a nutraMetrix Health Professional. Additionally, I achieved a Clinical Certification in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), a highly effective method that addresses emotional imbalances such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, phobias, and more. My practice is located in Lapeer, Michigan, at 1985 W. Genesee St., within My Healthy Life. Body Code and EFT sessions can be done over Zoom.

Craniosacral Therapy


This light touch therapy that monitors the body's response to gentle techniques, encouraging deep relaxation and release of stress, pain and misalignment. The one hour therapy begins at the feet moving up the body and finishing at the head for complete relaxation. Many issues can be addressed such as head, bone and joint discomfort to name a few. Craniosacral is performed with the client fully clothed.

Body Code/Emotion Code


The Body Code / Emotion Code is a therapy where we identify and correct the different imbalances that cause all kinds of physical and emotional problems for people. Emotional allergies, or emotional "Baggage" as well as physical issues such as toxins, structural imbalances and nutritional deficiencies all can be addressed according to the client's need. Basically this work is about removing imbalance in order to make conditions right for the body to heal itself. This work can be done remotely.

Swedish Massage

This is a highly relaxing luxurious massage using warm Himalayan Salt Stones. Nourishing and replenishing to the skin with 84 minerals, it provides many health benefits such as:

Emotional Freedom Technique

Also known as "Tapping",  taught as Clinical EFT is an evidence based therapy to help with such issues as anxiety, phobias, PTSD, and other emotional imbalances for adults and children. Tapping on acupressure points on the head and torso, this therapy  reduces stress, which has an impact on blood pressure, cortisol and even genetic expression! These sessions can be done in person or over Zoom
